  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    1.1. These Rules for the Purchase and Sale of Goods\/Services (hereinafter \u2013 the Rules) are a mandatory legal document establishing the rights and obligations of you (hereinafter \u2013 the Buyer) and AB “Lietuvos oro uostai”, legal entity code 120864074, registered office address: Rod\u016bnios kelias 10A, Vilnius, Lithuania, tel. No.: +37061244442, e-mail: info@ltou.lt (hereinafter \u2013 the Seller), the conditions for the acquisition of and payment for goods\/services, the procedure for delivery and return of goods\/services, the liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods\/services in the online store at www.vilnius-airport.lt\/eshop.
    1.2. The Seller\u2019s goods\/services are provided in accordance with these Rules, other documents of the Seller, as well as the requirements of the legal acts applicable to the Seller. All Buyers (regardless of whether they are registered users or not) must familiarize themselves with these Rules. By receiving, ordering, or using the Seller\u2019s services, Buyers (regardless of whether they are registered users or not) confirm that they have familiarized themselves with these Rules and undertake to comply with them. If the Buyer is not familiarized with these Rules, the Seller has the right to refuse to provide services.
    1.3 The Seller shall have the right to change, amend, or supplement the Rules at any time, and such changes shall take effect from the date of their publication in the online store at http:\/\/www.vilnius-airport.lt\/eshop.
    1.4. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed a basket of goods\/services in the e-shop, provided contact details or a delivery address, selected a payment method, and familiarized themselves with these Rules, clicks the “Pay” button, and the Seller, upon receiving the order, automatically confirms it by sending a confirmation email to the email address provided by the Buyer or by another agreed method.

  2. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

    2.1. When ordering goods\/services in the online store at www.vilnius-airport.lt\/eshop, the Buyer must provide the data requested at the time of purchase or registration.
    2.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data at the time of purchase or registration.
    2.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their provided personal data will be processed in accordance with the procedure and for the purposes set out in the Seller\u2019s Privacy Notice.
    2.4. The Buyer, having registered in the e-shop and when ordering goods\/services, undertakes to store and not disclose their login details to anyone; in the event of loss of login details, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller using the contact means specified in the “Contact Us” section.
    2.5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

  3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER

    3.1. All legal and natural persons of legal age whose capacity is not restricted by court order, as well as minors between 14 and 18 years of age with the consent of their parents or guardians (except in cases where they independently dispose of their own income), may purchase from the online store at www.vilnius-airport.lt\/eshop.
    3.2. The Buyer undertakes:
    3.2.1. to settle accounts with the Seller properly and in a timely manner for the goods\/services provided by the Seller according to the rates applicable to the respective goods\/services in the online store on the day of purchase;
    3.2.2. not to violate and to comply with these Rules, other publicly announced requirements and provisions of the Seller, and the requirements of applicable legal acts;
    3.2.3. to be responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and veracity of the data provided to the Seller, and to assume all associated consequences for non-compliance with such requirements.
    3.3. Buyers have the right to use the services provided by the Seller, to receive publicly available information held by the Seller, and to exercise other rights granted to buyers as consumers by applicable legal acts.
    3.4. Buyers have the right to use the services provided by the Seller by creating an account in the e-shop or by ordering goods\/services without creating a separate account.

  4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER.

    4.1. The Seller undertakes:
    4.1.1. to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store at www.vilnius-airport.lt\/eshop;
    4.1.2. to provide services properly and in a timely manner to all Buyers who apply and comply with the requirements of these Rules;
    4.1.3. to properly and timely deliver the goods\/services ordered by the Buyer to the email address specified by the Buyer or by another agreed method;
    4.1.4. to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy regarding the Buyer’s personal information provided in the registration form and not to transfer it to third parties.
    4.1.5. The Seller also possesses other rights and obligations established by law and these Rules and may exercise them without restriction.
    4.2. The Seller has the right:
    4.2.1. to temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer;
    4.2.2. to immediately and without warning restrict, suspend, or terminate the Buyer’s ability to use the online store if the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the online store’s operation or violates their obligations.

  5. ORDERING, RETURNS, PRICES, AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE.

    5.1. In the online store, the Buyer may purchase online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
    5.2. Prices of goods\/services in the online store are indicated in Euros, including VAT.
    5.3. A description is provided next to each specific good\/service. If the information provided is insufficient for the Buyer, they must contact the Seller for additional information. By ordering a product, the Buyer confirms that the information about the product provided in the Store is comprehensive and clear to them.
    5.4. The Buyer may pay for goods\/services through the electronic banking system integrated into the online store. The payment amount is transferred to the Seller\u2019s bank account. Payments are processed by a service provider chosen by the Seller. Responsibility for data security during payment lies with the service providers.
    5.5. The Seller delivers the goods\/services ordered by the Buyer to the email address specified by the Buyer or by another agreed method immediately after successful receipt of payment.
    5.6. By confirming the Rules, the Buyer agrees that the purchase documents for goods\/services \u2013 VAT invoices \u2013 shall be provided to them electronically at the email address specified in the Buyer’s registration form. Invoices in the aforementioned form shall be provided to the Buyer no later than by the 10th day of the following month.
    5.7. Goods and services purchased by the Buyer in the electronic store cannot be returned, extended, or exchanged for new ones (in case of loss or other displacement), except for the Buyer’s right to withdraw from goods\/services purchased remotely (the concluded goods\/services contract) by notifying the Seller thereof by email within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
    5.8. Regarding the withdrawal from goods or services purchased remotely, the Buyer must inform the Seller by email at info@ltou.lt, indicating their purchase order number in the “Subject” line followed by the note “Regarding withdrawal from goods or services.” The letter must state the name of the purchased good or service and briefly describe the reason for withdrawal. The Buyer may only exercise the right to withdraw from the good or service if the withdrawal period specified in Clause 5.7 has not expired.
    5.9. A Buyer who has withdrawn from a goods\/services contract shall be refunded all monies paid for the good or service. The Seller shall refund the money for the withdrawn goods or services no later than within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of receipt of the Buyer’s notice of withdrawal. 5.10. Given that the Privilege Cards sold in the e-shop are personalized and manufactured according to individual orders, Privilege Cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, and Clauses 5.8\u20135.9 of the Rules shall not apply.

  6. MARKETING AND INFORMATION

    6.1. The Seller may organize various promotions and offers in the online store at www.vilnius-airport.lt\/eshop. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the conditions of promotions or cancel them without separate notice. Any change or cancellation of promotion conditions and procedures shall be valid from the moment of such change or cancellation.
    6.2. The Seller sends all notices, as well as documents related to goods\/services and other information, only via the contact means specified in the Buyer’s registration form.
    6.3. The Buyer sends all notices and questions to the telephone numbers and email addresses specified in the contact section of the Seller’s e-shop.
    6.4. The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the sent information or confirmation messages due to disruptions in internet connection, the networks of electronic mail service providers, or incorrectly specified data.

  7. LIABILITY

    7.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. The Buyer assumes liability for consequences arising from the falsity or inaccuracy of the data provided in the registration form.
    7.2. The Buyer must protect their login data for the electronic store and not disclose it, ensure that the data is known only to themselves and used only by themselves, and not transfer or otherwise enable other persons to familiarize themselves with or use that data. All actions performed using the Buyer’s identification data shall be deemed performed by the Buyer, and the Buyer assumes full responsibility for the consequences of such actions.
    7.3. The Seller is not responsible for information provided on the websites of other companies.

  8. FINAL PROVISIONS

    8.1. These Rules for the purchase and sale of goods\/services are drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
    8.2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
