• VIP Terminal opening hours are from 04:00 a.m. to 01:00 a.m.
•  Please arrive no earlier than 90 minutes before the scheduled flight time. 
•  If the private flight time changes due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform the VIP terminal in advance

For your convenience, passengers can operate a private vehicle to/from the aircraft. The vehicle must be registered in the Republic of Lithuania.

• price for the second and additional passenger cars – 23 EUR; for additional minibuses – 33 EUR;

Reserve parking spaces for a longer time on the parking lot by the VIP Terminal:

• In accordance with Paragraph 20¹ of the Description of the Procedure for Flights Carrying Very Important Persons, approved by Resolution No. 1592 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 6 December 2004 (as amended), and approved by Order No. 1R-193 of the Chief Executive Officer of the State Enterprise Lithuanian Airports dated 29 December 2025, the service fee for handling one delegation of very important persons at Vilnius Airport, effective from 1 January 2026, is EUR 282.48 excluding VAT (EUR 341.80 including VAT).
