The guest welcome and farewell service is intended for companies, organizations, institutions, or individuals who wish to professionally welcome or see off arriving/departing guests both individuals and delegations or larger groups of people at the airport arrival or departure terminal.

If needed, when welcoming or seeing guests in airport terminal areas, additional equipment (furniture, chairs, stands, etc.) or promotional items (T-shirts, posters, etc.) may be used. However, such activities must be coordinated in advance with the Sales Manager.

It is also important to note that this service is not a passenger escort or meet-and-greet service to or from the aircraft.
